To emphasize what deprivation is all about, let's start with the all the environmental groups, their legal support and their financial supporters.
Turn off their electricity (if I owned a power company and they had offices in my district, they wouldn't be buying power from me ever.)
Turn off their telephones
Turn off their cell phones
Stop selling them fuel for their cars
Turn off their internet
Turn off their water
