Scientifically proven man-made global warming is UNPROVEN. Knowledgeable climate scientists do not agree, to say is so is a blatant LIE.
When you have repeatable scientific proof global warming is man-made, then we can talk (that means using scientific method for the uninformed).
To inject government interference before you have this proof, is criminal. Come to think of it, the DC in Washington DC must stand for Den of Criminals.
