Also, anyone who uses the hyphenated-American words is obviously a racist. Does any other country on this planet use the hyphen to distinguish people of different races?
If black Americans are "African", shouldn't Canadians who emigrate to the states be called "Canadian-Americans"? Only racists need to distinguish people by calling them "African-Americans" or "Mexican-Americans" or "Japanese-Americans".
Once a person from Africa (an "African") gets US citizenship, he becomes an "American". To call him something else is pure racism.
