That is the NIMBYs, NAMBYs, NOPEs, and BANANAs
NIMBY = not in my backyard (Kenennedy),
NAMBY = not in anybody's back yard (most SF politicians),
NOPE = nowhere on planet earth (most of the green party)
BANANA= Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anything.
